When a nonprofit partners with LEAPS, we work closely with their leadership team to understand their goals and the needs of their constituents. Together, we design and deliver leadership programming that creates meaningful, lasting impact.

Our process focuses on collaboration, customization, and community. Ensuring that each organization receives the support needed to grow strong leaders.

  • Accept applications for LEAPS’s Nonprofit Partners 

  • Match Nonprofit Partners with a LEAPS’s Leadership Trainer / Coach

  • Collaborate with Nonprofit Leadership to develop a tailored curriculum 

  • Deliver Leadership Programs either in person or virtually 

  • We welcome you into the LEAPS’s Leadership Graduate community for ongoing support, resources and networking
