Cambodian Leadership Advisor

Investing in girls and youths is not just a moral imperative, it is one of the most powerful and underleveraged strategies to transform economies, strengthen societies, and accelerate global development. Yet, it remains overlooked. I am committed to changing that by advancing opportunity, equity, and systems-level impact for women and youth in emerging economies—starting with Cambodia.

In my work with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and the Skills Development Fund, I contribute to strengthening national education systems and workforce development initiatives that directly shape the future of the country. My work reflects strong leadership and expertise in program and project management, stakeholder engagement, and overseeing complex systems, consistently translating strategies into measurable, sustainable outcome & impact—all guided by a core principle: data drives action, and action delivers impact at scale.

My leadership and impact have been recognized through the SHE-CAN SuperNoma Award, honoring exceptional engagement and leadership in empowering girls to pursue higher education. I was also awarded the Rising Alumni Award from the University of Minnesota, which recognizes young professionals who have made significant impact in their profession or community and achieved early distinction as leaders.

Across my experience in consulting, research, and international development, I have worked at the intersection of policy, data, and human-centered design to push for systems that are not only effective, but equitable. Whether through shaping monitoring systems, generating policy insights, or supporting implementation on the ground, I focus on ensuring that development efforts reach those who need them most.

My commitment to this work is deeply personal. As a former girl whose life was transformed by access to education, I have seen firsthand the ripple effects of investing in girls and young women. This is not just development work—it is a long-term investment in human potential, economic resilience, and global progress.

I am driven to advance bold, evidence-based solutions in education, gender equality, and economic inclusion—working with governments, non-governments, multilaterals, private sectors, and development partners to challenge the status quo and scale what works.

Because when we invest in girls, we don’t just change individual lives, we redefine the future of entire nations.
