Rita is a Senior Manager of Talent and Organizational Development at Servier Pharmaceuticals, with 10 years of experience in Human Resources and a passion for creating learning experiences that help people grow and thrive. In her work, she focuses on developing engaging content and practical solutions that meet people where they are, equipping them with the tools and resources they need to achieve their goals.

Rita is passionate about creating meaningful development opportunities for women and expanding access to learning that helps people thrive. In her volunteer role with Leaps for Peace, she supports the organization’s mission through communication and content development, using her Talent Development expertise to create engaging resources that help women build leadership skills, drive impact, and turn learning into action.

Rita graduated from The George Washington University. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and trying new recipes.
