Paige Norris

Paige is an executive coach with a background in human resources and leadership development. During her corporate career, she held senior HR roles focused on organizational design and leadership strategy, partnering with leaders across media, advertising, technology, and banking, including NBCUniversal, Telemundo, and Washington Mutual Bank. She is a graduate of the General Electric Executive Human Resources Development program and was recognized during her tenure at NBCUniversal for her work as a human resources partner and change agent, as well as by the YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry.

In 2019, Paige founded a leadership and talent development practice, where she partners with organizations to design and deliver solutions that support growth and effectiveness. She also serves as an adjunct executive coach with the Center for Creative Leadership.

 Paige holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego, an MA in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, and a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from California State University, Chico. She is an ACC-certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and is certified in a range of leadership and assessment tools, including Hogan, EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360, DISC, WorkPlace Big Five Profile™, FIRO-B®, and the Center for Creative Leadership Benchmarks® 360.
