Marchelle “MJ” Wright is a human-centered executive, mentor, and advocate for personal and leadership development. With over 25 years of enterprise leadership experience, currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at My Code, her work is rooted in investing in people, nurturing potential, and building inclusive spaces where individuals can thrive.

Recognized as an AdMonsters/AdExchanger Top Women in Media & Ad Tech Honoree in the DEI category, MJ’s career reflects a sustained commitment to equity, organizational culture, and leadership excellence.

As a former collegiate volleyball player and coach, MJ brings a team-first mindset and a strong passion for youth development to her work. MJ currently resides in Dublin, CA, with her husband, Kevin.
