Catrice Monson

Director

Catrice Monson is the Vice President of Labor Relations at Netflix, with more than two decades of experience in labor relations, employment practices, and workplace culture. Her work spans labor negotiations, human resources, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee experience.

Prior to Netflix, Catrice spent over 20 years at CBS, where she began her career in Labor Relations and later served as Senior Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion in Los Angeles.

Catrice is passionate about helping people navigate complex workplace issues and creating spaces where individuals can listen, learn, and engage across differences. She also serves as a part-time professor at the UCLA School of Law.

She holds a BA in American Studies from Stanford University and a JD from UCLA.
