Andrea Gonzalez is the Senior Executive Assistant to the President of Yahoo Media with a strong track record of supporting C-level executives and strengthening team operations. Known for her ability to step in where needed, she brings a versatile background that spans executive support and People Partner work within HR, allowing her to effectively fill gaps and drive alignment across teams.

In her volunteer role supporting Social Media, Brand, and Marketing, Andrea focuses on maintaining brand consistency, enhancing digital presence, and creating clear, engaging content that reflects the organization’s mission. She leverages her strengths in LinkedIn strategy, visual storytelling, and brand design to help expand reach and deepen audience engagement.

Andrea is especially passionate about the organization’s mission to provide world-class leadership training to nonprofit professionals and students. As the daughter of an immigrant, she holds deep respect for diverse communities and believes strongly in the power of accessible learning to create opportunity and impact.

She graduated from the University of Delaware in 2018 and is based in New York City. Outside of her professional work, Andrea enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.
